I wanted to share some changes that I have made so far. This is one of my packaged lunch/snacks for the week. Since I have 2 jobs I am out of the house for about 11 or 12 hours a day and need to be prepared for the hungry monster.
I also started taking vitamins.
This is my new snack basket. This way if I really feel the need to have a snack they are readily available and portioned.
Tom's mother and I started a pottery class a couple months ago. These are 2 of the bowls I made and what is awesome about them is that they each hold exactly one cup of cereal. Total coincidence but very helpful.

This is the nutritional information for the tortilla wraps that I love. 76 calories 5 grams of fiber and they even have some protein. Awesome.
I often eat out of boredom. So keeping my hands busy (especially at night) is very important. These have become my new obsession, and I think they are beautiful. :)
